Now this workout doesn’t require any equipment and it’s great to do if you don’t have time but still want to show on the beach! Try to do it 3 to 5 times a week:

  1. In & Out Squat Jumps (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
  2. Push-ups with Inside Twist (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
  3. Jump Lung (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
  4. Mountain Climber (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
  5. Tricep Extension Push-ups (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
  6. Air Bike (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
  7. Fron Back Side-to-Side Jumps (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
  8. Half Burpee Jacks (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
  9. Plank (50 seconds) 10 seconds rest
  10. 5 Minutes Cool Down (in place jog)
