قام النادي الدبلوماسي الدولي بدعوة السيدات الفاضلات منتسبات النادي الدبلوماسي الدولي بالكويت لزيارة معرض بيكار في السالمية للإطلاع على مقتنيات المعرض من مبتكرات تعكس الهوية الكويتية

The International Diplomatic Club invited the ladies members and friends of the club to visit Becarre Gallery in Salmiya to view the holdings and art pieces of the exhibition that reflects Becarre’s modern Kuwaiti philosophy touches in their art pieces

ضم المعرض العديد من أشغال بيكار المعروفة بإعطاء فلسفة حديثة لقديم التراث الكويتي بصورة معاصرة من لوحات و قطع أثاث و إكسسوارات داخلية و خارجية. كما استضاف بيكار أعمال الفنان المبدع بدر المنصور المعروف بإعادة تدوير المواد و تحويلها لقطع فنية جميلة و معبرة

The exhibition included many pieces with signature touches by Becarre’s known work when it comes to mixing modern philosophy into Kuwaiti flavor, giving pieces that reflects culture yet are so modern and trendy in contemporary form. Becarre also hosted Artist Bader AlMansour art pieces, which are made of recycled material turned into expressive art pieces that were scattered all over the place in a beautiful way

بدأ الزوار بالحضور حوالي الساعة العاشرة صباحا و أخذوا جولة في المعرض مبدين إعجابهم بإبداعات بيكار

Guests started arriving at around 10:00AM and started off with a tour inside the exhibition, checking out all of Becarre’s work

ثم بدأوا بذهاب إلى التيراس حيث تم إعداد مكان مخصص للاستماع إلى الموسيقى التراثية و شرب الشاي بانواعه مع مشروبات أخرى ساخنة كالسحلب و القهوة والحليب الساخن بالهيل مع ضيافة لونوتر من مأكولات خفيفة و شهية

Guests then started heading to the outdoor terrace area in Becarre, where they prepared the seating arrangement for guests to enjoy music, Lenotre catering which included hot and cold drinks, finger food and canapes, and mingle with the others

و يبدأ العزف الموسيقي الحي مع أجمل الأغاني الكويتية – أنا حدي إنطربت و استمتعت لأقصى الحدود

During which, music started playing and I honestly enjoyed it to the max

و كان طاقم لونوتر للتجهيزات موجود و الجو كان صراحة جو شاي عالفحم و سحلب و حلويات عربية و أكل لذيذ

Lenotre Catering team was there serving drinks and mini bites.. it was amazingly fitting weather for all of this

ثم قام الشيخ جابر الفيصل مع الفنانة ثريا البقصمي بإلقاء كلمة شكر للحضور و التحدث عن بيكار و أعمال و نشاطات المعرض 

Sheikh Jaber AlFaisal AlSabah and Artist Thuraya AlBaqsami gave a mini speech thanking the audience for their attendance and talked a bit about Becarre and its activities and art in general
