This year we broke a family tradition… If you’ve been following my blog, you will know that we go to Shahrayar on second (sometimes third) day of Eid for lunch (link). This year we decided to stay in for BBQ!
My dad was the master of the day! He prepared almost everything! First he prepared the meat and liver for BBQ! He marinated the beef one day ahead
The BBQ grill was ready with charcoals on flames and the outdoor oven (that he built) was heating up!
What else do we need?

Tasting the first ones – YUMMY! (تسلم ايدك يالغالي)
Grilled liver – tasty! Loved the menu <3 Everything tasted so good and was cooked perfectly 😀 We also had burgers (no pictures – sorry)
We, very much, enjoyed the cool breeze and sunlight together 🙂
Our famous French Fries at home… loved by the family and most of our friends so much for some reason 🙂
And whats a BBQ lunch without BBQ Tea – tea cooked slowly on charcoal brazier (شاي عالفحم) 😛
And marshmallows too while you’re at it 🙂
