Spotted: AlFanar Smoke Free Mall?

I spotted this ad in a magazine earlier today! It says that Al Fanar Shopping Mall went smoke-free! I haven’t been there in ages…

Have you been to Al Fanar Mall lately? Are they enforcing this law? Even in cafes? Anyone knows?
