My friend Shamlan and Alaa asked me to join them for breakfast… I said yes 😉 Always a pleasure and a great company! We headed to Cocoa Room and soon were joined by another friend Aziz L. So as promised in my previous post (link) here is my review 😉

I ordered Huevos Rancheros… many of my twitter buddies recommended it – I have tried it in the States, but it was never as fancy as this one! The presentation, the different colors, the flavors, the smell, and taste all together made it all good 🙂 It was a bit spicy too but I did not mind that at all… I could not take pictures of other dishes… we were hungry, but there is always room for dessert at Cocoa Room 😉

Blueberry Waffles… for Alaa and Aziz, but Alaa gave me a bit of hers 😉 Not bad at all…. as for me I ordered a Banoffee Pancakes – TheDietNinja recommendation

Aziz and I seemed to be the ones crazy about this dessert! It was really good (but I still prefer the pumpkin one)! It is rich and heavy… so good to share 😉 Even for someone like me who usually do not like sharing food – specially when hungry 😛

With our drinks and all… our total came to around KD32! But I have some few remarks to make here; service was a bit slow 🙁 not the usual Cocoa Room promptness! Aziz kept asking for water quite a few times… before we got it on the table! Our orders did not arrive on the same time… we kinda ate on stages!
