Lenotre Ramadan Recipes

Here is the recipe



  • Semolina 500 gm
  • Bread Crumbs Fresh 200 gm
  • Butter 130 gm
  • Rose Water 20 gm
  • Blossom Water 20 gm
  • Akawi Cheese 240 gm
  • Sugar Syrup 150 gm
  • Pistachio, Slivered 30 gm
  • Apricot Essence 2 gm



  • Mix bread crumbs and butter provide to form the base for kunafa
  • Soak Akawi cheese in water for at least 6 hrs (to remove saltiness and preserve smoothness)
  • Make semolina as pudding and preserved Akawi cheese for filling
  • Seal it with bread crumb mixture
  • Bake until golden brown for 25 minutes under 230 degrees
  • Top it with freshly slivered pistachio and serve it with sugar syrup
