While driving in Mubarakiya Area earlier today I spotted this mini restaurant

Dalag Es’hail?? A new location or another branch??? The one I go to (link) is located inside Soug AlMubarakiya! (as you can see they dont even have the same phone numbers)

The one I spotted today is new and is located inside a parking lot but also in the same area of the old one! Anyone knows anything about this???
